It's almost bikini season!

I am so excited for summer and who doesn't want to look good in a bikini? I am really into working out and fitness but even if you aren't, here are some great ways to get in shape.
1. For abs- side crunches, sit-ups, starfish (it's when you lie down on the ground and spread out like a starfish. You ave to sit up and touch your toe to your opposite hand then repeat with the other hand/leg.)
2. For legs- Run, squats, elliptical machine, jumping on Pilate's boxes, biking
3. For butt- the best and only exercise for my butt is going on your knees and hands and lifting your leg back and then back to your starting position and not letting your knee touch the ground. Then you lift your leg back and hold it for 20 seconds.
4. arms- weights, pushups, boxing
